Are you the type of Mom that makes spooky and creepy foods for Halloween? I totally am. I have my kids convinced that meatloaf is brains and we only have meatloaf on Halloween, so I guess it fits, HA! We made this Spaghetti and Eyeballs this year so far and they went crazy. I am always trying to do different things so it was really fun.
We usually do our traditional Mummy Dogs for lunch and of course, there are Halloween cupcakes for later that evening. As a general rule, we have Apple Cider in the crockpot and for a snack, we make our Mini Caramel Apple Bites.
We are really getting quite the Halloween Menu to choose from.

Directions
Cook spaghetti according to packaged directions. Strain and separate into 2 bowls. Add 20-25 drops of food coloring to each bowl of pasta and toss well. (plastic gloves can be worn)
After the coloring is mixed in, add some water (about ½ cup or so) and mix again, then drain. This will get off some of the food colorings that did not soak into the pasta. Mix both kinds of pasta together and set aside
Slice the olives in thirds or fourths depending how big your olive is.
Place one slice on a ball of mozzarella then add a dot of pasta sauce inside the olive.
Serve pasta on a plate, add spaghetti sauce and place the eyeballs all around.
Enjoy your spooky Halloween dinner!!
