What you need

For the Filling:
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Raspberries
2 cups Blueberries
2 tsp. Lemon Zest
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Salt
For the Cobbler:
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
6 tbsp. Butter, melted

How to make Easy Berry Cobbler

 Berry Cobbler
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a large oven-proof skillet. Combine all of the filling ingredients in a medium bowl, toss, and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, and baking powder and whisk.

In a smaller bowl, combine milk, lemon juice, and butter.
Pour into the dry ingredients and whisk until batter is smooth.

Transfer batter to the prepared skillet and spoon the filling into the batter, leaving room around the edges.

Bake for 28-30 minutes.
