Rocky Road Brownies
What You Need
1 cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 1/4 cup of Mini Marshmallows
1 cup of Chopped Pecans
1 Stick of Butter (Melted)
1 cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of All-Purpose Flour
1/3 cup of Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Salt

How to make Rocky Road Brownies
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 in. baking pan. In a bowl mix your chocolate chips, pecans, and marshmallows and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
After it is well blended, add eggs, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour evenly into baking pan, and bake for 22 minutes.
Place chocolate chip, marshmallow, and pecan mixture on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Let cool and use a wet knife to cut. Serve and enjoy!
