These delish Big Mac bites are a fun and healthy way to enjoy all the flavors of a Big Mac. An easy appetizer or meal idea that’s low in carbs and SO yummy.

When to serve Big Mac sliders?

These sliders make a fun dinner idea, a great appetizer, and are perfect to serve at parties. Everyone will love this easy, healthy, and delicious way to eat a Big Mac.

Is the Big Mac healthy?

No a traditonal Big Mac is not considered healthy. However these Big Mac bites are a much healthier option. They are low in carbohydrates and a lighter cheeseburger option. 

Can you add McDonald’s special sauce to anything?

Big Mac sauce is delish on burgers, salad, chicken nuggets or with French fries. The options are endless with how to enjoy this tasty sauce.

Cheeseburger Slider Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Salt
  • American Cheese
  • Dill Pickle
  • Lettuce

What is the Big Mac sauce made of?

To make the homemade special sauce I used the following:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Dill Pickle Relish
  • Yellow Mustard
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Paprika
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder

How to make Big Mac bites

Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next grab a large bowl and mix together the meat, salt, and onion.

Then divide the meat mixture into 15 small rounded balls and flatten each on a cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between each burger. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked completely.

While the meat is cooking the oven. In a small bowl mix together every ingredient for the secret sauce.

Once the burgers are done baking for approximately 10 minutes remove them from the oven. Immediately place 1/4th slice of cheese on to each burger and put back in the oven until the cheese is slightly melted. After the cheese is melted remove from oven.

On top of the burger, add a few pieces of lettuce, a pickle, and then place the skewer through.

Serve burgers warm with the homemade secret sauce.

What You Need

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 slices American Cheese cut into 1/4ths
  • 15 slices dill pickle

Secret Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
