Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie Pinwheels
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Crescent Sheet roll
Icing Ingredients
- 2 tsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
How to make pumpkin pie bites
Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then add the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup to a bowl. Mix well until completely mixed together.
Next unroll the crescent roll sheet and spread the pumpkin mixture on the entire surface.
After that roll the crescent pumpkin sheet into a log and cut into one inch pieces.
Shape each bite into a circle and place onto a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. After baking carefully remove from the oven.
For the icing add the butter to a small dish and heat until melted (approximately 30 seconds). To the melted butter add cinnamon and sugar. Stir well to combine. Finally drizzle the mixture over pinwheels.
