Ingredients for Pumpkin Bites

  • peanut butter
  • pumpkin puree
  • honey
  • large rolled oats
  • mini chocolate chips
  • flax seed
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

How to make no bake pumpkin bites

Start with a medium sized bowl and combine the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and honey.

Next fold in the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture. Mix all the ingredients together well.

Then form the energy bites from the pumpkin mixture by rolling into balls about 2 inches in diameter.

Store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
