How much fun are theseย Peeps Pudding Cups?ย Kids of all ages will love these. They are simple to make and a quick festive snack for Easter as well.
This is a great option for little kids as most teens I know find these silly. But my youngins love them! Its a fun chocolate dessert for kids this Easter featuring Peeps. The recipe makes you a total of 5 peeps pudding cups.

What you need
Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
2 Cups Cold Milk
18 Oreo cookies, crushed
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Green Food Coloring
Peeps Marshmallows
Clear Dessert Cups

How to makeย Peeps Pudding Cups
In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, set aside.
In another large bowl, mix butter, cream cheese, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Add green food coloring and mix once more then set aside.
Add your Oreo cookies to a gallon Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin, set aside.
Take 5 of the plastic cups and divide the pudding evenly between them.
Do this again with a layer of crushed Oreo cookies.

Next, pipe your green icing “grass” for each cup. (I use a Wilton Dessert Decorator) Top with a Peeps bunny and enjoy!
