Easter is almost here and Cadbury eggs are popping up in stores everywhere. It’s time to plan your Easter dinner and I have just the perfect dessert for you. This Cadbury Eggs Skillet Brownie Recipe is ooey, gooey, scrumptious, and a family favorite.
Get ready to have a new family favorite with this brownie recipe. If you can keep your kids or significant other out of the Cadbury eggs long enough to have what you need for the brownie that is. I had to hide them from my kids.

Cadbury Eggs Skillet Brownie Recipe
What you need
1 cup Butter, melted
2 cups Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups Cadbury Mini Eggs, chopped roughly
Cast Iron Skillet

How to Make Cadbury Eggs Skillet Brownie Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 or 12 inch cast iron skillet and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with a whisk. Switch to a stirring spoon and add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Fold in 1 cup of the chopped Cadbury mini eggs to the batter.
Pour batter into skillet and spread evenly.
Sprinkle remaining chopped Cadbury Eggs on the top of the batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Check at 30 minutes with a toothpick and cook additional minutes if needed. Remove from oven.
