One Pan Sausage Pasta Recipe
What you need
1 lb box Penne pasta
1 white onion, medium
3 cloves minced garlic
1 Polska kielbasa
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 15 oz can white beans, drained (cannellini or navy)
10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere’s) to taste

How to make One Pan Sausage Pasta
Begin to boil pasta.
Slice sausage and dice the onion.
While pasta is cooking, in one large skillet, sauté onions and garlic on medium heat until soft (approx 3-4 min)
Add broth, sausage, beans, and spinach to skillet and stir to cook through (approx 6-8 min)
Add spices to taste.

When pasta is ready, drain and add to large bowl.
Using a slotted spoon or spatula to help drain excess fluids, transfer skillet mixture to pasta bowl and mix well.
Add cheeses and adjust spices to the desired flavor, mix well.
If mixture seems too dry, add a bit of the excess fluid from the skillet and toss well.
Serve warm.
