What you need
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen
3 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce, divided
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cups three cheese tortellini, refrigerated
Garnish: black pepper and parsley
How to make Crockpot Chicken Tortellini Alfredo
Add your frozen, boneless, skinless chicken breast in the crockpot.
Pour in 2 1/2 cups of warm Alfredo sauce.
Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours, until fully cooked. Using a fork separate chicken breasts that get stuck together after a couple of hours of cooking, if necessary. Cook on low for 4-6 hours if the chicken is thawed.
Tear or cut the chicken into pieces using a fork.
Add 1 cup Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, pepper and three cheese tortellini. Mix together. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes until tender.
Garnish with black pepper and parsley.

Is it a typo where it says cook the chicken and alfredo sauce on High for 6-8 hours? Because I tried that and it burnt the alfredo sauce pretty severely.

I have found many crockpots cook time varies. It took mine at least 6 hours. My sisters take about 3 hours.
