Watermelon Mojito Recipe

This recipe makes 2 drinks so adjust the measurements if you are making enough for a gathering.

What you need

1 cup watermelon, chopped
Ice cubes
4 oz rum
6 mint leaves
1 lime, sliced
6 oz club soda
extra lime slices and mint for garnishing

How to Make Watermelon Mojito

Start by muddling limes and mint, dividing between two glasses.
Add 1/2 cup watermelon chunks to each glass, along with ice.
Add 2 oz of rum per glass, and finish with 3 oz of club soda in each.
Garnish with extra lime slices and mint leaves.
