Pro tips for making your own wipes
- The first couple of wipes might be tough to get out, especially if they’ve not had ample time to soften up while sitting in the water mixture.
- Wipe counts will vary depending on the paper towels you use, the size of your container, etc.
How do I make my own baby wipes?
First combine all the ingredients in the large measuring cup and give it a slight stir.
Then pour half of the contents into the empty container.
If you are using the coffee filters, be sure to loosen them up first so they’re not stuck together.
If you are using paper towels, cut them in half with the knife (this will give you a little bit of a workout) and remove the roll from the middle. Move these around a bit to loosen them as well and pull the first towel out of the middle so that it’s sticking up.
Place the coffee filters upside down and let them sit for a few minutes to soak up the contents. Pour the rest of the liquid mixture over the top of the filters. Then, pull from the middle of the filters to pull the first one up and out of the hole.
Squeeze the paper towels into the container, let them soak up the contents, then pour the rest of the liquid over the top.
Please note: these wipes have no chemical cleaning agents for disinfecting.

When my grandchildren were babies we made the baby wipes and they never had a case of diaper rash, ever. They are great. Thanks.
