- box Funfetti cake mix
- eggs
- oil
- water
- vanilla frosting
- Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers
- confetti sprinkles
- cupcake pan
- cupcake liners
How to make cake balls
What You Need
- 1 box Funfetti cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 container vanilla frosting
- 1 bag Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers
- confetti sprinkles
Directions

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next prepare the cake batter according to the box directions and then scoop the batter into the cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.

Bake the cupcakes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 21 minutes.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let cool.

After that remove cupcake liners and crumb the cake into a medium sized bowl.

Add in approximately 1/2 tablespoon of frosting to the crumbled cake.

Mix together well until the cake mixture is dough like.

Take a small chunk of the dough and form into a ball. Form balls using all of the cake mix. Then place in the freezer for 30 minutes until solid.

Now to prepare the white chocolate coating.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave according to package instructions.

Remove the cake balls from the freezer and set onto the counter next to the melted chocolate.

Using a spoon carefully dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate until covered.

Place the dipped cake balls onto the cookie sheet and sprinkle some confetti sprinkles on top of the cake balls.

Finish the process with all cake balls.

Let the chocolate set and then store in an airtight container at room temperature.
