How to make the DIY Snowman Wreath

DIY Snowman Wreath

The first step is to remove any tags from the wreaths you bought. Lay them out on a tarp, or cardboard, or really anything to protect the surface underneath it, and give each wreath a good coat on white spray paint. You only need to spray one side, so don’t worry about painting both. Let the paint dry for 10-15 minutes before moving on to the next step. You don’t need to buy nice spray paint for this project either! You can grab the cheapest kind you can find and it will work just as well.

DIY Snowman Wreath

Cut two pieces of floral wire about 6″-8″ long. Connect the two large wreaths together using the wire. and then connect the smaller wreath to the top of those two. Any of this not making sense? Check out my video on Facebook to see an easy run-through of how to make this!

DECORATE!

Tie a scarf around your snowman’s neck. You can make a scarf, buy a scarf, or even use an old strip or burlap or fabric as a makeshift scarf. Hang him on a wreath hanger on your door, and enjoy your DIY Snowman Wreath all winter long!DIY Snowman Wreath

Simple is always the way I love to go. I don’t have a ton of time to begin with, and I’ve never been a fan of over done decor. I LOVE that wreath!

This is an easy DIY craft. I love the simplicity. I could make one like that and add white paper plates as backing and a red scarf to give it more color. 🙂

We get no snow here, no weather really. So much decorations bring in the seasons. Your snowman wreath is so cute! Rustic and warm, plus easy to assemble!
