Coffee and cookies area divine combination. This cookies and cream whipped coffee is so delicious. It’s great as an afternoon pick me up or after dinner dessert drink.
Where did Dalgona Coffee come from?
It is a coffee drink that recently became popular thanks to a Korean TV show. It has become the latest craze all over social media like Instagram and Tik Tok.
What is dalgona?
It’s a type of coffee that is made by whisking together instant coffee, hot water, and sugar. It get fluffy, whipped, and is so tasty. There are lots of delicious spins on the recipe.
How does whipped coffee work?
Using a mixer or whisking by hand if you mix vigorously for 2 – 5 minutes a fluffy and whipped coffee mixture with stiff peaks will form.
Ingredients to make dalgona coffee with cookies and cream
- instant coffee
- sugar
- hot water
- Cookies ‘N’ Cream Milkshake
- Milk
- Ice cubes
- Cookies ‘N’ Cream Chocolate Bar
How to make cookies and cream whipped coffee
Begin by whisking together instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until peaks are formed. I recommend using a mixer, but you can also mix together by hand.
Then simply fill a glass with ice cubes and add in your desired amount of Cookies ‘N’ Cream Milkshake. Depending on how sweet you want your coffee add in one tablespoon to one ounce of milkshake.
Top the rest of your cup with milk. Add one to three spoonfuls of the whipped coffee goodness to the top.
Finally crush a Cookies ‘N’ Cream Bar and sprinkle on top of the whipped coffee.
