Have you ever thought about making your own DIY vapor rub? When your kid gets sick last minute and you don’t have the energy to run to the store. Making your own is one of the best things you can do! Vapor Rub is easy to make, but it also smells really good! I can’t get enough of the smell! My kids also really love the smell, which is super important. You may have all the ingredients on hand already, which makes this rub even easier. We also use this in our Decongestant Shower Tablets for when the kids are starting to get sick.
Make sure if you don’t have the ingredients that you grab them the next time you’re at the store. My kids tend to get sick without a warning, which is why I have to be as prepared as I possibly can! Making this Vapor Chest Rub is going to be a lifesaver for your family. Making something yourself can ensure you know what kind of ingredients are in it. Which makes it totally worth making!

This would never have occurred to me to DIY! Essential oils are so good for everything!

This is so simple, I love it! When I did home care nursing we would put Vicks under our noses if we were going into a particularly dirty house (cat pee, poop, etc) but I never liked all the chemicals on my face. Great post!

I really like the idea of a homemade vapor rub. I’ve never tried this before but I might give it a go. I like to have it handy in my house.

I’m very funny about what I put on the grandkids so I can see me making this for them. I have one granddaughter who is allergic to everything and gets sick often. I’d rather make this than buy something that I’m not sure about what’s in it.

I never realized how easy it was to make this at home! I am totally trying this!

You should totally sell this if you aren’t already. So cute and so many parents need this stuff during cold season. Love the all natural.
