BUSTED! The Ultimate Grounded CheckList is a GREAT way to help children learn and earn their way to freedom. Who else has a few children that think they can get away with crime, but not do the time? It can be frustrating as a parent when our kids don’t do what they’re supposed to. However, they are just kids. BUT my kids will be kids raised to respect adults, be accountable for their actions and responsible for their choices.
As a parent of several children, I had to find a way to help my children understand that there are consequences for their actions. One rule I live by is that you kids need to learn and understand that consequences are a real thing. In the real world, you can’t get away with something without consequences.

Obviously, talking back or not listening are a big deal NOW, so this checklist is awesome. No matter why your children are grounded, this list is their way to freedom. How many points until your kid gets ungrounded? You get to decide! This is fun for mom and dad because the kids know they won’t be getting out of this anytime soon. Not that our kids being grounded is fun by any means but how long they remain grounded is no longer up to myself or my husband. Its completely in my children’s hands how long they are grounded for. I have one kid that it could mean a matter of hours whereas another it could be a full week.
The Ultimate Grounded Check List
Depending on the ‘crime’ committed you choose how many points your child needs to earn to gain their freedom again. These are the tasks and points I use, however, they can be changed out to your preference too. There are a few spaces at the bottom to add any chores you wish that may not be listed.
