  • Cajun Seasoning (to taste)

  7. Using a slotted spoon or spatula to help drain excess fluids, transfer skillet mixture to pasta bowl and mix well.
  8. Add cheeses and adjust spices to the desired flavor, mix well.
  9. If mixture seems too dry, add a bit of the excess fluid from the skillet and toss well.
  10. Serve warm.
