The Valentine’s Day chocolate lollipops are so easy to make! They only use THREE ingredients. 

Chocolate suckers are a yummy treat and great for Valentine’s Day. These are a fun dessert recipe that kids can help make.

For my chocolate lollipops I used Troli Sweet and Sour Hearts and sprinkles as accents. You could use any small Valentine’s Day inspired candies to make these suckers. Here are a few more ideas:

   

What kind of chocolate should I use to make these lollipops?

I used Wilton White Chocolate Melt, however you could use any white chocolate melt. The Wilton White Chocolate Melt is one of my favorites because it melts so easily in the microwave.

What size lollipop sticks should I use?

4 inch sticks work perfectly for these lollipops.

  • Wilton’s White Chocolate Melts
  • Valentine’s Day Trolli Sweet & Sour Hearts
  • Sucker Sticks
  • Wilton’s Sprinkles

     
 

Pro tips for making these suckers:

  • Do not overcook the chocolate, follow the melting instructions.
  • Allow plenty of drying time.
  • Be careful not to make the lollipops to large, I found that two inches (approximately) is the perfect size.

You will begin by melting the chocolate according to package directions.

Then line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Next place the sucker sticks about 3 inches apart on the lined cookie sheet.

Take the melted chocolate and spoon or pipe it in a circular motion on the top of each stick.

Lastly place a candy heart (or candy of your choice) in the middle of each circle and add sprinkles.

Let dry for 2-3 hours or until chocolate is set.
