How to make Unicorn Mini Cheesecakes
Prepare cheesecake according to package directions and divide evenly into 4 bowls.
Leave one bowl of batter white, and use the 3 food colors to color each of the other bowls of batter.
Put a spoon of each of the four batters into each pie pan, and slightly swirl to combine the colors. Make sure to not mix too much, as you want to be able to see each color.
Put a dollop of whipped topping on top of the cheesecakes and sprinkle some of the sprinkles over it, or a lot of the sprinkles, because who can have too many sprinkles?
Take a piece of the candy and stick in the middle of the whipped topping to represent a unicorn horn. If you would like, trim one end to come more to a point.
Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.

These would be perfect for a unicorn-themed birthday party or baby shower. We’d love to know how yours turned out, so if you made these cute Unicorn Mini Cheesecakes, let us know how they turned out in the comments.
