Twix Ice Cream Recipe
Who knew making your own ice cream could be so easy and budget friendly! The whole family is going to keep asking for this dessert and you’re going to want to make it for them. Because deep down inside, you want this ice cream just as bad as they do. Plus, Twix is the favorite when it comes to ice cream. The candy bar on its own is delectable, imagine how it tastes in ice cream. What are you waiting for? Go make it!
What you need
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can dulce de leche (14 oz) *You can find this in the Mexican food section of the grocery store.
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ of a 3 oz package of chocolate pudding mix
1 bag of Twix Minis
Sea Salt
Ice Cream Scoop
Metal Loaf Pan

How to make Twix Ice Cream
In a bowl, pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks begin to form. (A mixer is totally useful for this, but you can do it by hand if you don’t have one!)
Once whipped, add about ½ of a small package of instant chocolate pudding. Mix well.
Add a can of dulce de leche and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix together.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Coarsely chop up 10-12 miniature Twix bars and add them to your cream mixture. Stir to combine.

Transfer your ice cream mixture to a metal loaf pan. Cover and put in the freezer overnight.
Chop up a few remaining Twix bars to sprinkle on top and serve!
