How to make Red, White, and Blue Tie-Dye Cheesecake Dip Recipe
Take cream cheese out of the fridge and allow to sit for 30 min to come to room temperature.
Using a stand mixer with whisk attachment, beat cream cheese about 30 seconds.
Stop mixer and add ยฝ the powdered sugar.
Turn mixer on low until incorporated.
Turn mixer off again and add the remaining powdered sugar.
Turn mixer back on low and once combined, turn the speed to medium and add vanilla extract.
Let mixture beat for 30 seconds.
Divide mixture into thirds. You can save a bowl and just keep one third in the mixing bowl. This will be the white color.
Color each of the remaining mixture blue and red.
Add spoonfuls of each mixture to your serving dish, alternating colors.
Using a knife or spatula, gently swirl and spread the mixture to level it. Don’t over-mix, as this will combine colors. If you do it gently, the top may look a bit mixed, but all colors underneath won’t be.
Place a star-shaped cookie cutter in the middle of the dip. Add chopped strawberries in the middle of the star.
Add blueberries around it. Slowly take the cookie cutter out.
Serve with graham crackers.
