If you have kids like mine you MUST have one that wants a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for EVERY. SINGLE. MEAL.  It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, this is what this kid wants. I needed new ways to give my son his PB&J without a direct IV line to the neck type deal. So we created these Peanut Butter and Jelly Snack Bars!Peanut Butter & Jelly Snack Bars Recipe

These are a huge hit in my home and I am hoping they will be in yours as well! They are so simple and if you make a double batch you can freeze them for later.

I find that 2-ish bars per little baggie freeze well and you don’t have to thaw more than you need later on.

If you make them and love them let me know! Show me photos on my facebook page or drop me a comment below.

My grandchildren and I are so tired of boring PB & J sandwiches. These would be a nice change up.
