Halloween is a fun time, isn’t it? There have been many years we have gone all out and let the kids get crazy but that wasn’t always the case. There are some adorable Halloween Costumes for Toddlers out there and they make me want to just pinch cheeks.
Truth be told I am not a HUGE Halloween fan. For as long as I can remember the whole idea of people dressing as creepily as they could and running around scaring others just never sat well with me. To be downright honest, it scared the crap out of me and still does to this day. This doesn’t mean we don’t dress up and have fun, just means our costumes are a lot tamer than others.
This is also why our Halloween Decorations are more fall-related than scary. For example, we make a simple fall wreath and fall garland every year. This year we added some Falling Leaves Slime that the kids loved. They helped me put together a great list actually of fall activities to do indoors so when the weather gets colder we have a list ready to go.
