What do you need to make a stress ball
- Balloons
- Flour
- Ribbon
- Funnel
- Essential Oils (optional)
How to make a homemade stress ball
First blow air into the balloon and then carefully secure it around the end of the funnel.
If you are using an essential oil add a few drops of it to your flour before adding it to the balloon.
Next hold the balloon in place around the end of the funnel and start to slowly pour the flour into the funnel. Using your fingers to press the flour down into the balloon, softly shaking the funnel to loosen the flour and let it enter in the balloon. You will add approximately 1/2 cup of flour to each balloon.
Continue to add the flour to the balloon until it is filled, then remove the funnel from the balloon. Tie a knot in the top of the balloon (like you would if it was blown up).
Finally add a ribbon to secure the knot and for decoration.
