First melt Chocolate the chocolate in the microwave or on the stovetop. Be very careful to continue stirring and not get it to hot or it will burn.
Then add the peppermint oil and mix well into the chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate on a parchment lined cookie sheet and spread it out evenly.
Next immediately add the crushed candy canes, peppermint sugar, and the candy cane sprinkles
Let it set and harden then break or cut into pieces.
