First line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Then place the sucker sticks two to three inches apart on the parchment paper.
Next cut the strawberries into heart shapes by cutting a v shape to remove the stem and slicing the strawberry to reveal a heart shape.
Then melt the chocolate according to the directions on the package. If you are using a piping bag you can melt in the piping bag otherwise melt in a bowl.
Take the melted chocolate and spoon or pipe it in a circular motion on the top of each stick.
Lastly place a heart shaped strawberry in the middle of each circle and add sprinkles (optional).
Let dry for 2-3 hours or until chocolate is set.
