What You Need

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can Dulce De Leche You can find this in the Mexican food section of the grocery store.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 oz Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 1 bag Twix Minis
  • Sea Salt
  • Ice Cream Scoop
  • Metal Loaf Pan

Directions

  1. In a bowl, pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks begin to form. (A mixer is totally useful for this, but you can do it by hand if you don’t have one!)
  2. Once whipped, add about ½ of a small package of instant chocolate pudding. Mix well.
  3. Add a can of dulce de leche and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix together.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Coarsely chop up 10-12 miniature Twix bars and add them to your cream mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Transfer your ice cream mixture to a metal loaf pan. Cover and put in the freezer overnight.
  7. Chop up a few remaining Twix bars to sprinkle on top and serve!
