What You Need

  • 1 ¾ cup Flour
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¾ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Salted Peanuts
  • 1 cup Strawberry Jam
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter crunchy


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 7x11 baking dish with parchment paper leaving an overhang on the ends.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla and beat until well blended.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until blended.
  5. Press ¾ of the batter into the bottom of the pan and spread the jam over it.
  6. Crumble the remaining batter over the jam and sprinkle the peanuts on top.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until baked through.
  8. Let the bars cool, then lift them out of the pan by the parchment paper. Cut into squares.
  9. Easy and delicious snack for everyone!
