Cadbury Eggs Skillet Brownie

What You Need

  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Cadbury Mini Eggs chopped roughly

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 or 12 inch cast iron skillet and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with a whisk. Switch to a stirring spoon and add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of the chopped Cadbury mini eggs to the batter.
  4. Pour batter into skillet and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle remaining chopped Cadbury Eggs on the top of the batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Check at 30 minutes with a toothpick and cook additional minutes if needed. Remove from oven.
