The perfect healthy breakfast option when you are on the run. Grab and Go!


What You Need

  • 1 cup Oatmeal regular not instant
  • 1.5 cups Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 6 Strawberries sliced
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Chips


  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla and, syrup.
  2. Mix well until everything is combined. Let sit overnight (or for at least four hours) in the fridge.
  3. In the morning, chop the berries and bananas.
  4. Portion the oatmeal mixture into bowls/jars.
  5. Mix in the almond butter and top with the berries, banana & cacao. Serve cold and enjoy!


In a rush? Pre-portion everything the night before. Combine the first five ingredients and mix well. Portion into two mason jars and layer with almond butter, berries, banana and, cacao. Let sit in the fridge overnight and grab on the way out the door!
