What You Need

  • 3/4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice about two oranges
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 2 tablespoons raw split cashews
  • 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 14-15 ice cubes
  • Water if needed

Directions

  1. Juice the oranges.
  2. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on medium to high for two to four minutes (depending on blender) until everything is smooth. You may need to add some additional water or use a tamper to keep things moving.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure you use frozen banana as this gives the smoothie a thick, creamy, ice cream like texture!
